Stakeholder Engagement Training

Stakeholder engagement determines who is influenced by a project, and how. It is the process an organization uses to identify key stakeholders and influence the information they receive, and the actions they will take from the project. Stakeholders could include internal and/or external individuals, community leaders, groups, investors, businesses and other organizations who will be impacted by a service or product, or who could influence how it is perceived.

Our Stakeholder Engagement Training is likely to be used with a senior leadership team. Why would they need this training if they aren’t officially in communications roles? They could be talking to donors, or answering questions in public. They may be asked for opinions, and need support in offering diplomatic answers to sensitive questions. They may get into one on one conversations that suddenly turn to high stakes subjects. What if they are passionate about a subject or cause and not accustomed to speaking about it publicly?

This one hour workshop is an overview of this day long training for senior leadership.

When: October 30th, 2019 11am-12pm
